About me 

The motto "ready to grow" is the basis of my offers and has accompanied me in my life for a long time.

 

I chose to focus on concentration practice and relaxation techniques during my music studies. As I was intensively involved in mental training and brain research, I was able to shorten my studies by 2 semesters and at the same time fulfill a teaching assignment at the conservatory.

 

Today, I use the knowledge I gained from my acting training in a wide variety of programs: What makes good storytelling? How can you use the different parameters of speaking? What creates suspense and interest? How can you prepare quickly and effectively for challenging situations?

 

I had a varied time as a musician and actress. I played in orchestras at home and abroad, performed as a soloist, acted in theaters and films, was a speaker for Ö1 and worked as a presenter at home and abroad

 

After this intensive time, I realized my next big dream: to accompany people in their lives. Soon after, I became the mother of a wonderful daughter, and the next exciting, important and great phase of my life began...

 

My enthusiasm for people and further training led me to my current profession, which I have enjoyed practicing for over 20 years.

 

After developing numerous training courses on a wide variety of topics for large companies, training as an integrative coach and psychological consultant was another important step. 

 

I work in individual settings and with groups, in person and online, and support people both professionally and privately.
